    Event Design focuses on the aesthetics of an event. It’s about creating a vision and designing the visual details that bring it to life. Event Management provides the logistical framework while Event Design brings the creative vision to life. Successful event design is an art. Hay Creek can build your show to match your specifications. We will create all the digital content, the storyboards, scripts, show cues, and programming.     Event Management includes everything from logistics to catering, travel, accommodation, function areas, people flow to stakeholders like sponsors, attendees, exhibitors and staff. It includes factors such as the environment, budgets and cash flow, consideration for those with special needs, risk assessments and plans, legal restrictions, etc. In today's increasingly competitive business world, event management is more important than ever before.

  • Streaming Services

    Live streaming expands your reach far beyond the capacity of an auditorium or an arena. Streaming events encourage real-time interaction and enable attendees to feel like they are a part of an in-person environment, even if they’re joining virtually.

    HCE offers professional, state-of-the-art AV gear that is specifically recommended and tailored to live streaming environments. When live streaming an event, we will design a list of recommended equipment for your venue. Things like the size of the space, the number of people in attendance, and the environment itself are all aspects that are considered. In the case of virtual events, be it live streamed or broadcast, the A/V equipment we use must be adapted to the environment to guarantee optimal sound and video quality. This may be a dedicated studio, office space, outdoor stage, or even a home. If you don’t have a space, we can help you find one, or bring our equipment to you.

  • Talent Acquisition and Booking

    Hay Creek Entertainment combines artist booking, labor management and show production to bring you the best artists, the best shows, with the best engineers in the industry. We’re able to book for the whole range of entertainment venues, from private parties to large arenas and everything in between. We book major international talent as well as regional and local entertainers for your events.

    Before recommending any artist, we research tour data, ticket pricing, attendance and check with other venues to find out any issue that may affect the performance.

    HCE handles all aspects of booking. Simply tell us who you’d like to perform and what your budget is and we handle the negotiations, contract writing, insurance and all communications. All of our contracts are reviewed by our legal team before signing to make sure everyone is protected

    Our Artist Management division works tirelessly with the talented artists on our roster to ensure that their unique goals are met. We handle general management, negotiations, booking, marketing, production and more. Our services are geared towards each artists’ needs. We serve as a buffer for our artists by taking care of the endless tasks that take up time and creative energy so that you can focus on your music or craft.
